This is a mixed-use development planned for 33 acres located in the City of Jurupa Valley along the south side of Limonite Drive, east of the Interstate 15 Freeway. Once completed, the property will include attached and detached homes and a commercial/retail center with pedestrian access from the community.

The residential community planned will include homes with elevations designed with Craftsman, Farmhouse and Adobe Ranch architectural styles. The design for the community includes specific elements that complement the local equestrian lifestyle, historic to the area (e.g. split rail fencing, equestrian trails, etc.). Open space amenities proposed include a community pool, a dog park, rentable Community Garden spaces and tot lots.

The commercial/retail element will also be reflective of traditional Farmhouse style architecture in order to blend harmoniously with the community’s historic roots and character. The spaces will include shops and restaurants with open space for sitting and outdoor dining.
