The Encore Collection at North Ranch Redlands was an assemblage of three parcels totaling 25 acres located in the northeast corner of Redlands, California. Utilizing the planned residential development process, approvals were received in June 2016 for 67 single-family residential lots plus five acres of open space. The three properties closed escrow between September and December of 2016. The community was designed with a minimum of 7,200 square foot lots offering single and two-story homes showcasing optional multigeneration suites, expanded outdoor living areas and flex space for additional bedrooms. In September 2017, Diversified commenced development of the site eventually building and selling all 67 homes. The project closed out in June 2020.
