The property is located in the Temescal Valley area of Unincorporated Riverside County, California. The site is situated west of the 15 Freeway, fronting De Palma Road. The property is approximately 148 gross acres and has three recorded tract maps, totaling 224 residential lots with a minimum lot size of 6,500 square feet.
