“Well I wasn’t sure what I was going to say when I was invited to talk about housing. I thought I would share my normal statistical observations of the market but when I found out more friends than my normal Monday lunch group were attending, I thought maybe I should say something worth saying. My goal was to make a difference and deliver a message that we all need to be reminded of more often. I am a houser because I care about people and our communities.
