Diversified Pacific Development Group - For more than 36 years, Diversified Pacific has developed residential for-sale communities throughout Southern California, delivering a diverse range of neighborhoods and housing product types. With expertise in acquisitions, entitlements, land development, and homebuilding, our company has built a comprehensive understanding of complex real estate development and long-term value creation.

Building on that foundation, Diversified Pacific is expanding its platform to include apartment communities, mixed-use developments, commercial environments, and select hospitality assets throughout Southern California and the western United States.

Diversified Pacific Opportunity Fund - more than 15 years ago we formed and continue to manage a private equity investment platform established to capitalize on opportunities created by the 2008 real estate downturn. Since inception, the Opportunity Fund has acquired more than $100 million in real estate assets. Today, this debt-free portfolio includes more than 3,500 residential lots and approximately 30 acres of commercial and mixed-use land.
