Building Communities, One Family at a Time
Quality construction, attention to detail and outstanding customer service are just a few of the reasons why homeowners have chosen a Diversified Pacific home. Diversified Pacific builds more than just houses, we build communities. This philosophy of community building is what has made a Diversified Pacific neighborhood the right place to call home for so many families throughout Southern California. The Principals of Diversified, Jeff Burum and Matt Jordan, share the view that the overall integrity of a community is of paramount importance to them as individuals, and as a company. Working with local community leaders, giving time, resources, and financial support to local schools, youth organizations, hospitals, libraries, and other non-profit organizations throughout Southern California is an important part of Diversified Pacific’s mission.

Committed to leading by example, our company’s founder’s Jeff Burum and Matt Jordan, have set the pace for our company as industry and community leaders.
In addition to his success and expertise in the private sector of land development and home building, Jeff is recognized as one of the nation’s foremost experts in affordable housing preservation. Jeff received a Congressional appointment to the Millennial Housing Commission. Made up of 21 of the nation’s leading real estate professionals, the Commission was formed to make recommendations to Congress on Federal Housing policy for the next century. Jeff chaired the Preservation Task Force for the Commission. Jeff’s passion, however, is to help provide a leg up to struggling members of our community. Jeff founded Hope Through Housing in 1991 and, as an active member of the Board, he is elemental in providing programs for kids, adults and seniors. Hope’s mission stretches from quality day care to job training to just providing a safe nurturing environment for those in need.
While operating a successful home building company would be enough for most, Matt Jordan is committed to the continuing improvement and growth of the building industry. Matt, as a past President of the Baldy View chapter of the Building Industry Association, stays involved with the BIA and lends his time and talents to the current Board as a Vice President. Committed to improving the lives of what is termed as “at risk families” in the Inland Empire, Matt is a member of the Board of Directors of Children’s Fund, a non-profit organization that provides assistance to children living in adverse conditions and situations.
Attempting to follow this example, members of our team commit their time to industry organizations like the Building Industry Association and the Urban Land Institute as well as community support organizations like Children’s Hope, and the YMCA.

Community Outreach
Our goal is to give back to the cities and communities in which we build. We donate time, resources, and financial support to hospitals, libraries, youth sports, and other non-profit organizations throughout Southern California. Children’s Fund and Hope Through Housing are especially important charities to the company principals.
Jeff has been involved with Hope Through Housing since its inception. Today it is successful in creating liaisons with other community-based nonprofit organizations to create a bridge between the services these organizations offer and the populations who benefit. In more than 38 low-income communities, Hope Through Housing has witnessed a visible improvement in challenged neighborhoods and a dramatic enhancement of individual lives.
Children's Fund is a public/private partnership helping at-risk children in the region. Matt is a former Chairman and current board member and was instrumental in building the organization into one of the most effective children's advocacy groups in the country.
As part of our mission to build strong communities Diversified Pacific is the sponsor of the Victoria Gardens Story Theatre for children at the Rancho Cucamonga Cultural Arts Center, which offers educational opportunities and entertainment programs.
